Suggest A Program
In an effort to help communities connect and learn about effective health promotion strategies around the U.S., AFI would like to publish additional best-practice programs submitted by communities on the Best Practices section of the AFI Web site. Please send an e-mail to the AFI program staff at afi@acsm.org sharing the following details about your program:
- program name
- target audience
- details on how the program works
- a program Web site (if available)
- a contact person for more details
